Refund policy

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, we can unfortunately not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-return items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health care products

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only partial repayment is granted (if applicable)
Book with clear signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes or vinyl records that have been opened
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our fault
- Goods returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Late or no refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially published.
Next contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is posted.
Contact us if you have done all this and still have not received your refund.

Sales items (if applicable)
Only regular prices can be refunded, unfortunately sales items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace it with the same item, you can fill out the contact form below

If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. When the returned item has been received, a gift card will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver sent the order to himself to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out your return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take different time before your exchanged product reaches you.

If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
